このお店は本当に温かいです。
温度ではなく。
店内は、どこか懐かしい、和の心遣いの感じられる空間。
お鮨は、大きめで、シャリはマイルドめの赤酢です。
寝かせた魚はやはり、味が一層強く江戸前寿司の心意気を感じられます。
一貫口に入れるだけで大満足してしまう大きさと味。
マグロのオスメスの話や、鮑の年齢など、いろいろ教えてくれて面白い♪
(コハダの三つ編みの名前は忘れちゃいましたが…)
デザートは日向夏のゼリー。
これがスッキリして、でも甘くて、とにかくその塩梅がめちゃめちゃいいのなんのって…。
デザートは女将さんが考えて作ってるらしい。ご夫婦揃って仕事が素晴らしい。
そして普段は寿司でお腹いっぱいになることは少ないのですが…お、お、お腹いっぱい……！
美味しいお寿司を、お腹いっぱい食べて欲しいという、温かい気持ちの伝わってくるお寿司屋さんでした。
