The secret to the popularity of Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) 's Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is the large pearl-like offal and rich miso! The beef used is rich and fatty, so it melts in your mouth. Ichifuji's Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) takes about 15 to 20 minutes to be prepared after ordering. This is because it is carefully prepared in the following order: "Dashi ⇒ Vegetables ⇒ Offal ⇒ Miso", and this is also the secret to its deliciousness.
