とんでもなく美味しい。ずば抜けた鮮度。
すごい弾力。コリッコリ。かたい。
旨味＜食感。
こんなサバは過去に食べたことない。
というか、過去食べてきたサバと異なりすぎて、同じサバと思えない。
胡麻サバは胡麻に漬けられているだろうから食感はそこまでかな？と思ったが、とんだ勘違いでした。
胡麻サバもブリンブリン。胡麻の味がしっかりしている。甘め。
これはこれで美味しい。
お刺身も胡麻サバも甲乙つけがたい。
こちらは五島列島のサバ。新鮮で身が透き通っていた。
皮も普段私がよく見ているサバの皮とは色が違う。明らかに新鮮。銀銀している。
本当に目を見開くほど美味しかった。
こんなサバ、存在するんですね。
玉子焼は甘い。出汁もきいている。
柔らかく、ほろほろ。
甘めの玉子に明太子、このバランスが最高。
旅行前々日に食べログで見つけ、電話をしたものの予約はいっぱい。
開店時の1巡目しか予約は受け付けていないので、2巡目からは電話をしてその時に空いているかいなかとのこと。
また、時間が遅くなると、サバが売り切れる可能性もアリなので要注意です。
