久しぶりの福岡帰省で、前から行きたかったきはるさんに張り切って１ヶ月前から予約して伺いました。
サンマとサバとうなぎを食べることは私のライフワーク(笑)でもあり期待値が大き過ぎたからなのか、直前に食べた根室の生サバが鳥肌が立つくらい旨かったからなのか、泳ぎサバ、炙りサバ、ゴマサバ、その全てが普通でした。
焼きサバのポテトサラダ、焼きサバチャーハン、サバコロッケに至っては完全に「ネタ」。確かに周りを見渡すと若人ばかりで、「映え」なくても気にしない中年夫婦は私たちくらい。皮肉にも、一番美味しくて唸ったのは「鶏白レバーの低温オイル煮」。これは絶品でした(^-^)
とはいえ「ちょっとお店の選択を間違ってしまった！」というのが正直な感想です。接客頂いた店員さんの対応は素晴らしく、気持ちいいものでしたが、ごめんなさい。再訪はないかな。ご馳走さまでした！
