Each item is handmade, the meat is marinated in 20 types of spices and then grilled, the sauce is handmade even the mayonnaise, the vegetables are only grown in Kyushu, and the cabbage is shredded with a knife. 福岡市中央区大名。天神西通りから無印良品を曲がって数メートル行くとお店があります。
テレビ（ロンプク淳や秘密のケンミンショーなど）に何回もでているお店で入れ替わりの激しい大名・天神エリアでながく営業している。
メニューは1種類。ケバブサンドのみ。ソースはヨーグルトソース・サウザンソース・大名ゴマソース・ママズガン・ハニーラブジャモーサの5種類。ドリンクはソフトドリンクとビール。
今回はケバブサンド（500円）とコロナビール（600円）をオーダー。ソースはヨーグルトソースをチョイス。
先にビールが渡され、５分ほどでケバブサンドが出来上がりました。お店の横・裏にベンチが設置されてるのでそこでいただきました。
ケバブサンド。ヨーグルトソースは酸味は強くなく塩味・辛味・コクがかなり感じられる。ニンニクも強くなく食べやすい。ケバブサンドじたいはお肉たっぷりでキャベツにソースが絡んでかなり美味い。
コロナビール。あっさりなビールがケバブサンドとの相性バッチリ。
大名をブラブラしながら食べるのに良さそうですがボリュームがあるので食べづらいかも。
春・秋には外でビール＆ケバブサンド最高です。
