After enjoying a glass of sake with sashimi and Tempura, finish off with some udon noodles. A udon restaurant with delicious nighttime dishes in Tenjin

■Overall Review This is a Sanuki udon restaurant in Yakuin that I was shocked to find out that the udon was out of stock when I went there before. The fact that they can still be open even when the udon is out of stock means that they must have a wide variety of snacks. By the way, I came here for the udon this time. I had Sanuki udon again this time, but I only eat Fukuoka udon about once a year. ■Green Curry Udon had heard about this before and was aiming for it. Well, it was a little different from the green curry I was thinking of, but it was delicious. The udon itself was delicious. And rice is a must. It was delicious as a curry. ■(Miscellaneous) About the serving of udon This time, I thought, "Oh, I see," but it seems that they boil the udon noodles from the refrigerator and serve them. So it takes a while to serve them. Maki's udon is boiled in advance so it can be served immediately, but the udon itself is weak. And this is delicious because it is boiled before serving. So this is why I think Fukuoka udon is mediocre. I think this is because it's become a tradition in places like Nagahama that it has to be eaten right away, so Ramen are thin as well. And what's even more delicious is Sanuki udon from Kagawa, or Sanuki Udon Kou. They make the noodles just before serving, lol, so it's no wonder they're delicious. This is the same with freshly baked bakeries, but coffee is also much tastier when it's ground in a mill and then dripped. I guess it's a balance between the effort and how many customers they need to serve to break even. I like food that's been worked into, so I always go to restaurants like that. Thank you for the meal.
