晩御飯を食べようとウロウロ。
もつ鍋が食べたいけど、一人だと無理だろうな～
と思っていると外看板に「一人博多セット」の文字と共にもつ鍋の写真。
これしかない！
ということで、エレベーターで3階へ。
店内に入ると、喫煙OKなようで、先客がタバコを吸っていて、一瞬どうしようかと思いましたが、離れた席が空いてたので、着席することにしました。
もちろん、一人博多セットを注文。
2200円で、もつ鍋、餃子、ちゃんぽんorご飯、小鉢の明太子・酢もつ・おきゅうとが付いてくるお得なセット。
さらにプラス650円で、ごまサバが付いてくるというので、お願いしました。
ビールや焼酎を飲みながら、小鉢のおつまみをチビチビ。
そして、餃子が到着。
薄皮の一口サイズ。
肉の旨味がちゃんとある美味しい一口です
そして、本命のもつ鍋が到着。
モツは、脂の旨味がじんわり。
汁が甘目で、モツの脂になじみます。
キャベツやニラの野菜もたっぷりで、野菜が不足しがちな出張中には嬉しいメニューです。
締めにちゃんぽんを投入。
色々な旨味が詰まった汁を吸いこんだ麺は、もちろん旨味たっぷり！
大満足で、お腹いっぱいになりました。
