ラーメンを求めて #海猫屋 ｛福岡市中央区｝2020年07月10日(金)海猫屋へ行って来た。
ここは、親不孝通りから博多らーめんShinShinの有る通りへ
入って直ぐの場所。
店頭に出された、ラーメンのメニューが気になって入店。
メニューを見ると、濃厚鶏そば、黄金鶏そば
鶏つけ麺、冷し鶏そばの４種類と、全てが鶏スープベース。
更に、麺はストレート、縮れ、極太が用意されている。
注文したのは、濃厚鶏そば＠７００円（税込）と
かしわおにぎり＠９０円（税込）。
やって来た、濃厚鶏そば＠７００円。
煮卵、キクラゲ、玉ねぎ、パプリカ、海苔。
チャーシューが少し変わってて、何の肉だろうか
面白い食感が楽しめた。
かしわおにぎりは、まだ温かくふんわりと握ってある。
ストレート麺が、濃厚な鶏スープに絡んで美味しい。
次は、鶏つけ麺を食べてみようかな。
