Today, I would like to introduce this shop that I have been interested in for a while. It's located in an alley off Oyafuko Dori that leads to Ono Market towards Tenjin, but even if you look in from Oyafuko Dori, the entrance is deep inside the building, so you can't tell if it's open or not. When I got to the front of the store, I was able to confirm that it was open, so I entered the store immediately. Although it was already past 1:00 p.m., I got the impression that there were quite a lot of office worker-like customers. Go to the counter seat at the back of the store. I had a lot of trouble deciding on the menu, but I ordered the ``Seasonal Seafood Udon'' for 950 yen. If it is described as ``thick noodles'' and ``sara udon,'' it is usually authentic. *Sara udon is said to have originated in Nagasaki, and is made based on Champon, which originates from Fujian province. I use thick noodles. The thin noodle version is another one made by a certain Rin●-hat. The Sara Udon that came out was a lot bigger than I expected! As expected, it was an authentic dish of udon. When you pull out the noodles, they are very similar to those made in Nagasaki, which is its roots. It has a lot of ingredients, and the vegetables are cabbage, carrots, chives, wood ear mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Other pork, clams, shrimp, squid, and kamaboko. It has a strong Seafood flavor and a strong taste! When I took a bite, I thought, ``Wow!'' It was a great choice.
