The proper hot pot is delicious ♫
I used it at a regular meeting with drinking friends. It is an all-you-can-drink course for 4,400 yen. First of all, let's start with the salad, and since it's a duck salad made with Itoshima vegetables, it includes duck meat. Next was an assortment of sashimi. The pieces here aren't all that big, but there are 7 types of meat, and they're fresh and delicious♫ Next is the charcoal-grilled free-range chicken. I just received some authentic local chicken at Torinoya the other day, and compared to that, this one didn't have the crunchy texture, but it was just the right amount of doneness and delicious ♫ Next was the Tempura platter. A lineup of vegetables and white fish served with rock salt. Next is the main hot pot. There were three types to choose from: Hot Pot, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and original hot pot, but I asked for the original chanton nabe because I had never heard of it before. This is a hotpot similar to Champon, and I was looking forward to it because it had chicken hot water soup ^^ Come to think of it, today's lunch was Champon from Sayuri Babatei (lol) It tasted exactly like Champon soup. ^^ The chicken hot water soup is delicious ♫ When you add the noodles at the end, it becomes Champon ^^ This was a 2-hour course, but I didn't feel kicked out even after the time had passed, and I was able to relax for about 3 hours. (Even after the last order) The staff looked like young Asian international students. Although my Japanese was a little slow, everyone was doing their best to serve customers and I was impressed. Thank you for the meal.

本日は仕事で天神に出たついでに、お目当てのお店に行ったら臨時休業中^^;
そこで前回居酒屋利用した海猫屋さんにやって来ました。
こちらのランチメニューも気になっていたので良い機会です♫
ちょうどランチタイムだった為、お客さんは混みあってます。
お時間掛かりますと言われましたが、この後急ぎの用事はなかったので待つ事にしました。
比較的空いていたカウンター席もみるみる内に埋まります。
オーダーしたのは本気の海鮮皿うどん950円。
大盛りの出来るちゃんめんと迷いましたが、気になっていたので大盛りは無い皿うどんを^^
後から入ったお客さんのが先に出てきたりだいぶ待たされて20分ちょいかな？
ようやく美味そうな皿うどんが♫
良い香りです^^
一口食べると待った甲斐がある程の美味さ^^
コレは本気と唄うだけ有りますね♫
正に海鮮と野菜と鶏白湯の旨味が凝縮された美味しい皿うどんです♫
あっという間に完食し、やっぱり沢山食べたかった^^;ww
