Having gained experience as a chef at the Tokyo branch of Kyoto's famous restaurant "Kikunoi" and Kobe's two-star Michelin restaurant "Gensai", he continued to weave Japanese techniques and spirit, and the culmination of his efforts was "Murakawa". open.
