Food ``Hakata Zoni'', a specialty menu item offered all year round
When we think of ozoni, we tend to think of it as something eaten during New Year's, but at our restaurant we offer carefully selected ``Hakata zoni'' throughout the year. The soup for the ozoni is made from Ago soup stock and is full of flavor. Ingredients include chicken, yellowtail, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko, and Hakata's traditional vegetable ``bonito greens''. This is our specialty menu, which is a must-try for local Fukuoka residents as well as those visiting from outside the prefecture.

You can enjoy a wide variety of special dishes that make the most of the seasonal ingredients that are carefully selected and purchased every day. On days when good sardines arrive, you can try ``sardines in oil'', and in the winter when daikon radish is delicious, you can enjoy a variety of flavors, such as ``daikon mochi'', an original dish of deep-fried grated radish and drizzled with soup stock. In Hakata, hotpot dishes such as Hot Pot and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) hotpot are the mainstream, but our restaurant sells ``kamo nabe.'' Although the flavor of the duck is well oozing out, you can enjoy the light taste without being overpowering. The white onion used as an ingredient is finely chopped to give it a crunchy texture that goes perfectly with the duck meat. It is seasoned with a soy sauce base, and you can choose between ``juwari soba'' (400 yen) or ``zosui (zosui)'' (400 yen) to finish it off.
