休日のディナーとして連れと訪問しました。
前日に急遽予約を入れたので窓際の部屋ではありませんでした。
お陰で食べることに集中できました。
今回はフグ刺しとヒレステーキをオーダーしました。
フグ刺しは少し厚みがありましたが、葱も紅葉おろしでいただくとちょうど良い厚みと感じました。
量の割にはお値段も手頃です。
ヒレステーキも低温調理されていて、噛み応えもよく、とてもジューシーでした。
天ぷらはお麩とチーズをいただきましたが、ご自慢の塩でいただくのが美味しいと思いました。
最後はいつものいくらと蟹の土鍋をいただきました。
いついただいても美味しかったです。
景色が見えなくても味とホスピタリティは変わらず良いお店です。
夜景が料理とお酒を引き立てます
仕事終りに若手と訪問しました。
前回と同様に非常にホスピタリティが高いです。
個室に案内された際に、調味料の配置がほんの少しズレていただけで「失礼いたしました」の一言が、、、
今回は若手と言うこともあり、前回以上にたくさん頼みましたが、適度なタイミングでオーダーした料理が揃うのは客側としても話ながら食べるテンポとマッチしていて気持ちが良いです。
若い女性向けのお酒から通好みの日本酒や焼酎まで揃えてあり、広い客層に満足してもらえると改めて実感しました。
全室が完全個室で眺め、雰囲気も良く、料理とお酒も美味しいうえに、ホスピタリティも高い。
本当に良いお店だと思います。

連れと夕飯のため訪問しました。
全室が個室で眺めも良く、週末であった為、満席でした。
恋人、友達同士、同僚及び接待と、どんなシーンでも利用できます。
ホスピタリティも非常に高く、週末の混雑でもオーダーしてから待たせることもなくお料理や飲み物がきていました。
お薦めは天ぷらと土鍋ごはんとのこと。
どの料理も見た目、味共に、とても満足でした。
素材の味を損なうことのない料理でした。
年齢を問わず、満足する料理を出してくれるお店だと思いました。

冬休み最後にパートナーと訪問しました。
相変わらず景色、接客、味と三拍子そろっています。
今日も川沿いのお部屋に案内していただきました。
今日は全てお勧めからオーダーしました。
虎河豚刺身、ゴマサバ、牛ヒレステーキ、クリームチーズの燻製、チーズ麩天ぷら、トマト豚バラの天ぷら、レンコン天ぷらと締めにズワイガニとイクラの土鍋ご飯をいただきました。
景色とも相まって、どれも美味しくいたたまきました。
中洲に繰り出す前に立ち寄る事をお勧めします。
