Itoshima pork, raised safely with mineral-rich Itoshima water and natural feed, has a fine texture and concentrated flavor, and has a fatty and chewy texture that melts on the tip of your tongue. In collaboration with this Itoshima pork is Kyushu Wagyu beef [Saga beef, Imari beef, Itoshima Gyu beef, Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu beef]. The richness and flavor wrap around each other, creating authentic meat juice and elasticity!

Grown in the naturally rich land of Itoshima, it has a sweet taste, high stickiness, gloss, and aroma. The rice is polished and cooked in a hagama at the shop. Refills are free, so feel free to ask the staff!
