We offer carefully selected nigiri using fresh ingredients airlifted daily from Fukuoka's Central Market and Toyosu Market. The vinegared rice is seasoned with only red vinegar and salt, giving it a rich flavor. By adjusting the temperature and saltiness, we created a vinegared rice that prioritizes compatibility with the tuna. Please enjoy the marriage of tuna and vinegared rice with ``Tuna Nigiri''. While savoring the aroma and flavor, you can also feel the deep aftertaste that lingers after you swallow it.

We carefully select toppings that are unique to each season to match the vinegared rice that goes well with the tuna. We offer a variety of seasonal ingredients such as yellowfin tuna, squid, and sea urchin. In order to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, don't touch them too much, just enough to compensate.
