夏休み3日目、11月上旬の18時に予約して伺いました。
小ビールを飲みながら揃うのを待ちつつスタート。
おつまみ一通りがまず提供、呑兵衛としては8割の酒がここで消費した気がする。
鮟肝がたまらんが、一品ごとに半合ほど飲んでいたような。
その後は握りが提供される。
鮪のヅケ、中トロ、大トロは絶品、ヅケが口の中でとろけた。
大トロも包丁を入れており、普通でもとろけるのが、すごいことに。
大変おいしゅうございました。
お値段はコースが税込27500円、当日のお酒で追加10000円ほど。
普通に考えれば高級ですが、とても満足できました。
予約が取れればリピートしたいですね。
