The way to enjoy dashiwari is to enjoy the ``umami'' rather than the fruitiness of sake. You can also enjoy three different types of soup stock: chicken oden, Hinuma shijimi, and Hoshu sea bream. Another thing to look forward to is the condiments. Adding a touch of spiciness enhances the taste of alcohol. Please feel free to add chili oil, mustard, spicy miso, and yuzu pepper to your taste to create the flavor you like.
Food Imari beef meat tofu
You can enjoy tofu that is infused with the flavor of Imari beef and well-seasoned Imari beef. We also offer a final dish of eating this infused tofu on rice.
