益正の新業態で辛麺。天神「豚のココロ」天神ど真ん中・・昭和通りと明治通りの間。
以前「益正」だったお店が「豚のココロ」に。
とんかつと辛麺の2大メニュー・・らしい。
ただ、他の店内の感じは一緒。
どうやら業態変更のようです。
卓上のタブレットでオーダー。
辛麺・・680円＋税
独特の器です。美しい。
麺はもちもち・・選べないのが残念だけど。
んで、小さなサイコロ状の豚肉がゴロゴロ・・
普通はひき肉だけど、これはこれでアリですね。
ふんわり玉子も全体をやさしくまとめてて
個人的には嫌いじゃない。。
