In addition to the traditional Hakata Ramen method, ShinShin's soup is creatively created by combining the flavors of the soup master "Yoshida" with the taste of the stall of the owner "Nakamuta". Based on the concept of "a pure soup that is easy to eat and everyone can drink up", the pork bone soup of "Hakata Junjo Ramen" is made that is a little different from "Nagahama Ramen" and "Hakata Ramen".
