福岡旅行で利用しました。
繁華街から外れた裏の細道にある路面店の隠れ家的な居酒屋さんで、店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があります。
月曜日の夜22:00頃にお邪魔しましたが先客が3組ほど。
遅い時間でも観光客らしきお客さんがちらほらと入店されていました。
今回はカウンター席に案内してもらいましたが、カウンター席では店員さんが空気を読みつつ、ユーモア溢れる接客をしてくれます。
とりあえず生ビールで乾杯。
冷え加減、泡の量ともに良し！
喉越しも良く美味しくいただけました。
焼鳥のタレは思っていたより甘みが強く、塩は塩加減も程良い。
また、炭火焼鳥ならではの香ばしさがかなり特徴的で、お酒が進みます。
地域密着型なお店でとても雰囲気とサービスが良いので、近所にあったら間違いなく通ってしまう居酒屋さんという印象です。
