寿司や天ぷらには季節に合わせた選りすぐりの素材を使用。店主が板前時代から信頼をおく長浜鮮魚市場から仕入れる旬魚や地魚、濃厚でしっかりとした味わいが愉しめる糸島野菜を中心に、その時一番美味しい味覚をお届けいたします。天ぷらはお塩、または京都から取り寄せた鰹出汁で作る天つゆでどうぞ。そのほか、素材を見極めた調理で提供する魚料理が豊富。四季を感じられる見た目も華やかなランチコースもご用意しております。
