個室とカウンター8席があり、用途に応じて使えるお店です。
今回は大将の職人技と、巧みなお話を聞きながらカウンターで上質なお寿司に舌鼓。
今回は天ぷらとお鮨どちらも楽しめるコースをいただきました。
【お寿司】
●天然本鮪（北海道の戸井のマグロ）の中トロ
口に入れた瞬間トロける。
●福岡県産ヒラメは舌にまとわりつく。
●あおりいか（お塩とスダチで）
最初にスダチがガツンときて、後からイカの甘みが押し寄せてくる。
●ウニドック【北海道産オガワの生ウニ】
●本鮪大トロ（北海道の戸井）
●縞鯵（ネギと生姜をすり合わせたもの）
肉厚で柔らかい
●福岡県糸島のトロさわらの炙り
炙ってある事でより一層旨みが引き立ちます。
●トロたく
脂の乗ったマグロと沢庵の食感、海苔のパリッとした感じ、後からほのかに香る大葉、全てがパーフェクトな一品。
●煮穴子
●いくらの小丼（プチプチっと口の中で弾ける）
【天ぷら】カレー塩、ヒマラヤ岩塩
●車海老、大黒しめじ（←京野菜）
大黒しめじはしいたけよりシャクシャクしていて、きのこの味がしっかりしていました。
車海老は甘みとぷりっとした食感。
【一品もの】
●たらの白子ポン酢あん もみじおろしとネギ添え
●春菊と真ほっけの焼き浸し
【焼いて身だけほぐして春菊と和えたもの】
●マグロの血合抜き鰹節
春菊シャキシャキでホッケと鰹節との相性もgood！！
京都の海老芋はとても甘みがありました。
●甘鯛の松笠揚げ
東寺揚げ【胡麻豆腐を湯葉で包んで天ぷらにしたもの】株のみぞれあんが敷いてある。
身はフワッフワでウロコのパリパリ食感が良い感じ。
●ホタテ貝の茶碗蒸しズワイ蟹のあんかけ
上にはウニと、すりおろした柚子。
口当たりなめらかな茶碗蒸しで、柚子の風味がほんのり香る。
中には大きなホタテが隠れていて、食べ応えのある茶碗蒸し。
●玉天（だし巻き玉子の天ぷら）

洋梨は洋梨そのものを食べているかと思うくらいしっかりと洋梨
