■Overview This is a restaurant that caught my attention on Instagram. Nishi-Nakasu is an area where many high-end restaurants are gathered, but Ramen is not so plain (although there are some on the National Athletic Meet road side and in the park). I think it's a problem, but it seems like the bar opens late at night and they serve Ramen at that time, so I went there for a bit. In the end, I personally went with Fukuoka's top 5 Ramen. It was really delicious. Beer Since it's a bar, I had a beer first. It's Nishinakasu + Bar, but I didn't feel it was extraordinarily expensive. . The portions were not small, and I thought it was cheap in Nishinakasu. ■Miso Ramen (Large) I took the opportunity to order the larger miso Ramen. This was amazingly delicious. I like miso Ramen with the Sapporo type of charred miso, and this one is amazing. This is definitely the best miso Ramen in Fukuoka. This is amazing. The base seems to be chicken paitan, but this is what happens when a top-notch chef makes Ramen properly. The noodles are made by Yoshifumi Noodle Shop and are delicious. ■Rice It's like a cheese risotto and is served with rice. The soup was so delicious that I had to pay for the rice.This was delicious.
