We use domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef grade 3 or above, which is purchased at auction and raised using a special manufacturing method called the WHITE CROWN method. It is an environmentally friendly meat that is said to be able to grow healthy without using antibiotics or hormones as much as possible by feeding it with naturally aged modified water made using a special technique. It is low in calories and has little odor, and since the fat is emulsified, the fat has a meaty texture. Please enjoy our carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, which can be provided at a reasonable price only by purchasing one cow.
