In pursuit of further evolution, our restaurant specializes in course meals that use only hard-to-obtain Shamo chicken from Toyo, Oita Prefecture. ...oyo no Shamo" chicken from Oita Prefecture, which is now difficult to obtain, you can enjoy not only "charcoal grilled yakitori" but also dishes using Shamo. In addition, the restaurant is particular about the sake brewing, ice, and drinks, and offers a private room, a counter made of a single board, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for entertaining or a date.
