この日は福岡市内で仕事。
長浜でランチをすることにした。
長浜鮮魚市場は新しくなって、なんだか市役所みたいな建物。
無機質な感じでごはんが食べられる感じはしないけど、この中に食堂の名店がひしめき合っている。
11時50分に到着。
席は80%.埋まっているけど、まだ空席はある。
テーブル席に座って、注文したのはあら炊き定食。

石鯛かな？
一見すると刺身や海鮮丼の新鮮さが目につくけど、ここは定食屋さん。
煮付けや焼き魚の方が実力を発揮しそう。
ってなことで、あら炊き定食。
結構なボリューム。小鉢も2品でたくあんと味噌汁があり、豪華な顔ぶれ。
フワッとしたと思えば、脂の乗った部分、皮目も上手い！
このバラエティある味や食感があら炊きの旨さ。
ごはんが足らなくなるけど、そこはなんとかバランスをとって完食。
ごちそうさまでした。
あとで判ったけど、百名店っすか！
さすがです。
