Born in 1965 in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. After training in Osaka and Tokyo, moved to France. Further training at two-star and three-star Restaurants in France. After returning to Japan, he became a chef in Kanazawa, Tokyo. In December 1998, Provence opened in Akasaka, Fukuoka. ``It's been 21 years since we opened our store in Akasaka.
