久しぶりに「ラ・ターブル・ド・プロヴァンス」さんを訪問。
説明するのも烏滸がましい有名店さんです。勿論、食べログで「フレンチ」のワードを入れて検索したら福岡市のランキング上位に来ます。
メニューについては、１枚目の写真を観て頂けますと幸いです
今回は１万円のコースで予約。メインディッシュについては、４種類から選ぶことが出来ました。自分は+2000円で博多和牛のフィレ肉を。
１品目から味は言うまでもなく、皿も非常におしゃれ。竹炭を使ったフリットは黒と白のコントラストが映え。
２品目の海老クリームはうにとの相性が抜群！海老身自体は入っていないものの、コク、旨味が凝縮しており本当に絶品。
上から順番に来るかと思いきや、３品目と４品目はメニューとは逆の順序で。写真は順番通りにupしています。
冬のサワラは身が大きくかつ柔らかく美味。燻製の香りがまた良い。
オマール海老も久しぶりに食した。やっぱりオマール海老は間違いない。なんでこんなに海老は美味しいのだろうか・・・・笑
牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮はプロヴァンスおすすめの一品で、それをパイ包みにしたもの。中にフォアグラも入っており、パイ包みがまるで宝石箱笑 周りのパイも非常に美味しく、満足+満足の一品。
最後にフィレ肉。大トリに相応しい柔らかく旨いお肉様様でした。
デザートは２品。１品目がイチゴのシャーベット。練乳もかかっており、冷たいけども、冬ということを忘れる美味しさ。これで終わりかと思っていたらまさかの２品目！
フランボワーズをきかせたチョコアイスとピスタチオクリームが入ったケーキ。チョコアイスは非常に濃厚で上品な味。そして何よりこのピスタチオクリームが美味しすぎた。デザート店でも４番を張れます。間違いない。
一品一品は量は少なめでしたが、トータルで非常に満足。
