隠れた名店
※過去の記録・記憶を基にした回顧録です。
関西風割烹と河豚料理が逸品の薬院にある隠れた名店。1階にはカウンター8席、掘り炬燵席6人掛けのスペースがある。2階には個室が5区画あり、繋げることで20人対応可能の個室が組めるので、宴会にも最適だ。
大将や女将さん達の家庭的な温かい接客、料亭としてはお手頃価格のコースもあり、養殖ふぐは勿論のこと、天然ふぐも取り扱っている。通った人だけには分かる良さがここにはあるので、詳しくは書かないことが、このお店に対するリスペクトだ。
仕事でも個人的にも何度も使わせて貰ったので思い入れのあるお店。仕出し弁当も使い勝手が良いので大変重宝した。

個人的に何度も来た思い出のある店なので、アレコレ書くのも野暮だと思っているのだが、会社の同僚と好業績の祝賀会で来店した今回は良き記念に、と記録してみる。
懐石コースも捨てがたいが、時期的にふぐコースが選べたのでそちらを予約。ふぐ刺しから雑炊まで、スバらしい流れを存分に味わえた。
そして大将お勧めの日本酒三昧！京都の「徳次郎」、青森の「田酒」、新潟の「久保田生原酒」、福岡の「寒北斗」をいただいた。どれも極上の旨さであったのは言うまでもない。
