[Kego] Old sake awamori and Okinawan Cuisine delivered directly from the farm.
[Aka Chichi] is marked by a flashy signboard with a morning sun motif. The interior of the store is said to be inspired by the Okinawan countryside, with an elegant interior decorated in warm colors, g |
Actually, this is my second time with Akachichi. The entrance is narrow, but the interior is quite spacious, with a variety of tables, tatami rooms, and counters. The tatami room is not a horigotatsu, so if you have a stiff back, we recommend a table or counter. I popped in on a Sunday, and the restaurant was full. The customer base is mainly people in their 30s and 40s and is relatively calm. It has a nice warm lighting and retro atmosphere. The BGM is of course Okinawan music. We toasted with Orion beer and ordered sea grapes, Jimami tofu fried rice, fu champuru, island rakkyo Tempura, and stone-grilled taco rice. Hmm, I ended up with a sticky selection that looked like a tourist in Okinawa. . . Everything was more delicious than I expected, but all Fried food were so crispy that I was blown away. Calitro's Jimami tofu fried chicken had a new texture and was quite good. Fu chanpuru is a type of champuru made from wheat gluten, and the chewy gluten absorbs the soup stock and is delicious. The stone-grilled taco rice was so hot that it was well-charred, and even at the end of the meal, I was excited. I don't care, but did you know that sea grapes are unicellular organisms? I'm going to ask you to give me a single-celled organism, but next time I'll use sea grapes. It cost about 6,000 yen for two people with two drinks each. Great cost performance. The people at the store are very nice and I would like to come here again. Thank you for the meal!
