We continue to offer traditional flavors with over 100 years of history. The clear, secret soup is carefully made from a secret recipe early in the morning, and has a deep richness and aroma. We use only locally grown vegetables, and chickens slaughtered that morning, mainly from Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures and all over Kyushu. The chewy and delicious chicken meatballs attract many customers. Some customers return home even after being transferred far away, never forgetting the taste of the soup. Please enjoy the same flavor that has been around since 1916.
