福岡の老舗の一つ、やま中。かなり久しぶりに伺いました。
今回は、カウンターつきの個室を予約しました。33000円。
目の前で寿司を握ってくれるのを個室で楽しめる贅沢な空間です。
つまみもすごいボリュームで、とらふぐの刺身から松茸の土瓶蒸し。
のどクロも大きくて立派です。脂が乗って美味しかった。
寿司も、酢がキツくないバランスの良いシャリ。シャリのサイズ感も少し小ぶりで食べやすいです。
久しぶりのやま中さんでしたが、さすが老舗。安定感のあるお味でした。
お祝い事にはピッタリでした。
