モツ鍋といえば！のやま中さんへ初訪問！
観光客だけでなく、地元の方にも大人気だそうです。福岡でしか食べられないレア感も素敵…！
そしてこの赤坂店は重厚感があり、内装がとってもオシャレ！個室もあるようなので、会食などにも使用できそうです。
オーダーは、やっぱり定番のみそ味に。
おつまみで茹でタンと大根煮込みを注文。美味しいのですが、サイズは小さめなので、多めに注文しても良いかも。
モツ鍋までの一品物が少なめなところは少し残念でしたが、お通しのニラのピーナッツ和えは美味しくてお酒が進む味でした！
そして待ちに待ったモツ鍋のみそが登場！
煮込まれた状態で提供されるので、すぐにいただけます。
モツは新鮮でプリップリで、食べ応え抜群！味が濃いめのスープは旨みがたっぷりで、ゴクゴク飲んでしまいます。。
ニラもアクセントとなっていますが、それ以上にごぼうの細切りがとっても効いていて、お箸が止まりません（笑）
もちろん具材も追加した後、締めはやっぱりちゃんぽん麺を！
濃いめのスープに麺が絡まって、これ以上の締めはありません（笑）
たらふく食べて飲んでもひとり4,000円程度なので、コスパも抜群です。
