Kiyono - Nishitetsu Hirao(Sushi)

  • Kiyono - 先ずは「ビール」、その後「梅酒」を頂きました。

  • Kiyono - 百合根饅頭・・定番ですが、百合根のネットリ感や甘さが味わえる品です。優しいお味付けの餡も美味しい。

  • Kiyono - ◆「てっさ」・・丁寧に薄造りにされた「てっさ」は数枚一度に頂くのが楽しみ。 指を添えてみましたので、大きさが解りますかしら？タレ皿が「ふぐ」というのもご愛敬^^

  • Kiyono - 立派な白子です。美味しい＾＾

  • Kiyono - お刺身（鯖・トロ・鯛）

  • Kiyono - 河豚のから揚げ・サーロインステーキ・湯島大根など・

  • Kiyono - 焼き河豚・焼き下仁田ネギ・エリンギの鍋・・お出汁の美しいこと。 これだけ透明ですのに、食材のお味が浸み出てとても美味しいのです。

  • Kiyono - 上：鮪、ふぐ、イクラ、烏賊、車エビ（頭は焼いてありそのまま頂けます） 下：海胆、フルーツトマト、白菜（下には明太子）、カラスミ大根、アナゴ

  • Kiyono - 定番の「鶏ガラスープ」、金柑のジュレ。
