お魚好きの会で利用しました。
老舗の一軒家居酒屋さん、ここ大名という場所は中州にづついて飲食店激戦区の為、入れ替わりも激しいなか、同じ場所で20年も変わらず繁盛し愛されているお店の１つだとか。
創業時の雰囲気を変えないようにメニューや内装もあまり変えずに存在しているそうです。
入店すると、カウンター席とテーブル席があり、カウンター席には大皿に料理が並んでいます。
団体で利用したので２Fのお座敷を貸切。本日のテーマはカンパチ。
突出しは揚げ魚の三杯酢。魚は白身やサーモンが入ってます。
刺身は、カンパチとブリの食べ比べ。大皿に盛られて圧巻。
カンパチのサラダ。
カンパチユッケ。
刺身は、鮮度と調理が相なって、プリっぷりっの食感が凄く良い。
アラ煮。これも味付けが素晴らしい。
霙煮。
〆は海鮮丼とアラ汁。
刺身は、鮮度と調理がいいのかプリっぷりっの食感が凄く良い。
郷土料理も堪能できると地元人からの人気高い、
今度は個人でも来てみたい1軒です。
