このお店は、目の肥えた市場関係者の福利厚生事業としてスタートいますから安心して鮮度抜群の旬の魚を食べることができます。
今はコロナ対策もあって回転していませんが、目の前で握った新鮮なネタのお寿司をそのままいただけるのでこのスタイルの方がこのお店に合ってますね！
海鮮巻き 鮮度の良い魚がしっかり詰まっています。
トロ尽くし&ハラミ尽くし 大トロ、中トロ、トロと味わえるのが嬉しいです。
脂のノリも良く口の中でとろけるのでめちゃ美味しいです^ ^
ハラミ尽くしもぷりぷりの歯応えのある食感＋脂が最高です！
特にシマアジ、カンパチのハラミが美味しいです！
