隠れ家的な店 #Nicola二コーラ ｛福岡市中央区｝2019年02月16日(土)Nicola二コーラへ行って来た。
大名の奥まったところに、ひっそりと佇むパスタ屋さん。
極みと言うラーメン屋さんから、奥へ進んだ場所。
店内は、テーブル席だけのこじんまりとして
家庭的な雰囲気のお店だ。
ランチメニューは、Ａの１０００円、Ｂの１８００円、Ｃの２５００円の３種類。
注文したのは、Ａランチ。
３種類の中から、プッタネスカ・トマトソースを選択。
食後のドリンクは、コーヒーでお願いした。
先ず、野菜サラダが！
ピンク色のドレッシング、梅のような味わいで凄く美味しい。
次にやって来たのは、一口大の温かいパン。
真ん中に、チーズが入ってて美味しいね。
メインのプッタネスカ・トマトソース。
アルデンテに茹でられた麺と、トマトの旨味が絡まる。
うん、美味しいね。
最後は、ホットコーヒーとデザート。
これで、税込１０００円はお得だ。
デザートは、説明が有ったけど、難しいカタカナ文字で
全く覚えていない。
でも、美味しかったことはよく覚えている。
