Patpong curry is one of Thailand's famous dishes, and is a dish made of ingredients such as crab and shrimp wrapped in curry-flavored eggs. At Khaosan, we use soft-shell crabs that are deep-fried to make them easier to eat. It's not spicy, so it's a popular dish among people of all ages.
