どちらにしようか迷いました。
刺身盛り合わせは、本マグロ、ヤリイカ、タコ、シメサバ、鯛、サンマ。
サンマの刺身は1匹から。
ま、色々楽しみたいって欲はありましたが、それ以上にサンマの旬の一本勝ちでしたね(笑)
いや〜マジ、ガチで美味い。
この切り方最高っす。
2匹食べるお客さん初めてと言われました(笑)
ひとりで。
2匹しか仕入れてないのに全部自分だとなんか悪役感満載でした。
でも脂ののり具合最高、さんまの小骨は噛めるレベルですからぶつ切りみたいなしっかりとした切り方でも一切問題なし。もちろん新鮮そのもので臭みなし、生姜、わさびが良い仕事をしてましたね。
隠し包丁入れてあるだけで、見た目、薬味や醤油のかかり方、など微妙に違いますから嬉しいです。
秋の一番の楽しみ。
まだまだ行きますよ。

Is this the last year's saury? I ate it 10 times. I'm satisfied. I'm looking forward to trying mackerel, yellowtail, milt, and red bean liver next. Mr. Isoto's saury sashimi and pressed Sushi make me feel happy every year. It's so important that I personally think there's no point in living in autumn if you can't eat saury (lol). But I didn't have grilled saury yet (lol) If it was for grilling, there's a good chance it'll last until tomorrow. Come to think of it, today's appetizer was my favorite flavor. I chewed the saury sashimi more slowly than usual. It's now like a diary written while tipsy (lol) Next month I'll find something to look forward to again next month.
