薬院の交差点から少し入ったひっそりとした住宅街にお鮨屋さんがあります。
その名も銀杏。
静かな場所で初めて行き着くにはなかなか難しい場所。
入り口は自動ドアですが外からチャイムを鳴らし名前を伝え開けてもらいます。
東京にも良くありますが高級店はこの様な入口がとても多くなりましたね。
店内はカウンターのみ。
１０人が限界か？
メニューは見当たらず。
心地の良い緊張感が漂っている。
鮨のレベルは非常に高い。
小鉢もうまい。
東京X豚まである。
福岡では初めて見かけますね。
東京X豚は昔東京ヒルズに住んでいたとき以来食べていない。
ヒルズの周りにはどのスーパーにも普通にあったので珍しくもなかったが東京を離れた後、有名な高級豚だと知りました・・・。
いわゆる無菌豚で生でも美味しく頂ける面白い豚。
あっさりしていて臭みもなく豚肉の旨味がある。
この店の鮨、ツマミ、酒の組み合わせは福岡トップクラスですね。
久しぶりに素晴らしいお店に出会いました。
お薦めです。
静かにゆっくりと食事が楽しめます。
