I went there because I saw the image of red meat Steak. I Yakiniku (Grilled meat) alone because I'm an impulsive eater. The store was easy to get to as you just exited Yakuin Station and headed south along the river. When you enter the store and sit at the counter, the first thing you do is have a drink. I can't drink alcohol, so I use oolong tea. (Because it's a carbonated drink and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is a little...) Then, I ordered 200g of the red meat Steak I was looking for, rice (small), and kimchi to start. The red meat Steak is seasoned with just the right amount of salt and pepper, so all you have to do is grill it. There was also a sauce prepared, but to be honest, I didn't need it. It tasted better with just salt and pepper. I was told to cook the meat rare, but I wanted the surface of the meat to be crispy and fragrant, so I chose medium for most of the meat. (Sorry, General! It's difficult to balance rare and crunchy...) The kimchi was used well, but it was too sweet...I think I'll give up on eating kimchi at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants. It seemed like there was still a little bit of Steak left over, so I added Akafuku (beef lung, also known as fuwa), which I had never eaten before. (I wasn't interested in the recommendation on the board, so I passed on it.) The color of Akafuku's meat is not red, but a shocking pink, which is a slightly poisonous color. When raw, it is fluffy, but when baked it becomes elastic and has a unique texture. It had a strange texture that felt like a highly resilient resin and was difficult to chew. The sauce that was mixed with it was sweet, like teriyaki, but the dipping sauce was refreshing, so it was neutralized well. For now, I'm in a position where I don't like it or dislike it... Steak grilled on a charcoal grill was unexpectedly delicious, so I'll go there again if I have the chance.
