Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Taka sells a set that allows you to enjoy the wholehearted "Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" at home. A rare dish that contains not only plump offal but also fresh chicken. Our proud soup is made with 100% Kosaka chicken, which is highly rare and has passed rigorous testing. Of course, you can also add rice to finish the dish and make a porridge. The rich soup stock is packed with the flavor of the ingredients and permeates throughout your mouth. It is currently available for mail order, but will be available in restaurant in the future.
