This is my first visit in a year. It's located in Takasago, and we use it every year on special days! The restaurant had a calm atmosphere with just a counter, but before I knew it, it was full. There are two types of courses: one where the number of skewers is fixed and one where the skewers keep coming out until you stop them.I always ask for the former, and this time as well. First, the general started handling a whole bird right in front of the counter, and I was transfixed by his performance! The dessert ended with pudding.Everything was freshly baked and eaten in the most delicious state, and it was very delicious! There were vegetables and cheese in between, so I didn't get bored with just the chicken, and they carefully explained the unusual parts, making it fun to eat.
