会食利用で訪問。マンションの一階にある店舗に入店し左サイドにある座敷席に案内いただく。座ると目の前にはイカが優雅に泳ぐ生簀が目に飛び込んでくる。マンションの一階とは思えないエンターテイメント性。
まずは生ビールとともにお通しが到着。ゆかり豆腐と漬けマグロのお浸しの手の込んだ２種類はどちらもおいしさのクオリティが高く、次からの料理への期待が膨らむ。
するといきなり、先程まで目の前の生簀で泳いでいたイカの活造りが、刺し身の盛り合わせとともに到着。足も頭もまだ動いており、食べるのを躊躇する程に活きが良く、ぷりぷりで弾力のある身は新鮮そのもの。穴子やタコ、マグロにサバ、アジなども、サクッとした口当たりで絶品。ゲソは天ぷらにしてもらうようにお願いする。
続いて人気メニューのポテサラ。センターに配置された温泉たまごの周りには、ポテトに加えて、白身やとびこ等ふんだんに魚介が使用されている。
その間にミニサイズの七輪が運ばれ、一緒にキビナゴも到着。網焼きすると、ふっくらとした身の口当たりに程よい塩味が広がりビールとの相性抜群。他にもゴボウの唐揚げや明太子のだし巻き玉子、変わり種の穴子の板わさなどを堪能する中、活造りのイカゲソが天ぷらで到着。柔らかく甘味の広がる味わいが最高に旨い。
一品一品こだわりが伝わってくる逸品とその新鮮なおいしさを堪能。
