We offer seasonal dishes using fish and vegetables from Itoshima. Please enjoy the special dishes created by the owner, who is a certified sommelier, and takes into consideration the compatibility between wine and food. ``Spring'' bamboo shoots, wild vegetables, red sea bream, firefly squid ``Summer'' corn, grunt, conger eel ``Autumn'' chestnuts, autumn mackerel, ginkgo ``Winter'' log shiitake mushrooms, cold yellowtail, oysters, etc. With a menu that constantly changes with the seasons, you'll always be able to meet new people.
