ワイン仲間たちに好評で以前から伺いたいとおもっていたこちらについに伺うことが出来ました。
木のカウンターに木のテーブルと清潔でゆったりとしたレイアウトです。
豊富なグラスワインとウォークインセラーにたくさんの日本ワインがあります。
まずは、甲州のスパークリングです。グラスになみなみと注がれます。すっきりとした味わいです。
その他にも白ワインと柑橘のサングリアも美味しいです。
お料理は、最初に綺麗に盛りつけられたお通しです。お浸しやチーズの味噌漬けなどが4種類です。どれも美味しく、お酒との相性も良くこれからに期待できます。
炙った鴨と宮崎金柑のチーズ豆富のサラダ、アジと焼き茄子のタルタル、アスパラガスのローストをお願いしました。
金柑の甘酸っぱさと濃厚なチーズ、程よく炙られた鴨がとても美味しい。
タルタルは、トマトのあっさりがくさみを消していてこちらも美味しいです。
とても立派なアスパラは塩でももちろん美味しいのですが、添えられたツナのソースに絶妙な塩加減が良かったです。
ここまでに樽熟成の甲州やさくら酵母使用のやまぶどうのロゼを頂きました。
マスカットベリーAの赤ワインをお願いしたところで、名物の糸島豚の焼きテリーヌを頂きました。歯応え、山椒のきき具合ととても良く、赤ワインにとてもマッチします。
〆にはホタルイカと竹の子の炊き込みご飯です。こちらはやや時間がかかるので早めの注文をおすすめします。
たっぷりとイカと竹の子が入っています。イカの出汁と竹の子の歯応えがとても良くとても美味しいです。
いずれのお料理とも味が良く盛りつけも綺麗で女性に人気の程は納得です。
お一人様用のセットもあるようなので一人でも大丈夫です。
