和食とワインのマリアージュのお店なのだろうと思い突撃しちゃいました。
食べた料理は、付け出し 和風ロワイヤル（茶碗蒸し） 海老と湯葉の天ぷら 炙り鯖と日向夏のサラダ ごま鯖 糸島豚のパテ ホタルイカの炊き込みご飯。
合わせたワインは 甲州スパークリング ケルナー。
一つ勉強になったのが、青魚とワインは難しい。 大葉で包んでたべるとマリアージュ出来るのですが、それ以外は喧嘩しちゃいました。
料理自体は美味しいものだったです。ただ、赤ワインと合わせれそうな料理が少し少なかったのかなという、印象でした。と、少しワインの値段設定が高いかな。日本のワインだから仕方ないんだけど。、
このお店で、初めてケルナー種のワインを飲みました！いい経験した気分。
