バランス抜群knotあいがけプレート〜(^^)
最寄り駅は薬院大通りですが中々行く機会がなく今回平日の13時前にやっとこさ行くことが出来ました(^^;
この時間ですがお客さんの入りは8割ほどで私のあとからもお客さんが来てましたのでかなりの人気店のようです。
ランチメニューはSPICEあいがけプレート980円のみ。
Knotスパイスチキンカレーとベジカレー(この日は大豆ミートと新玉ねぎ)に副菜が数種類付きます♪
ごはんの量は200gが普通で中盛300gは+100円、大盛400gは+200円、特盛500gは+300円です。
因みに小盛150gも対応可。
パクチー、フライドエッグ、目玉焼き、チャトニのトッピングは各々100円です。
私はごはん普通盛に青唐辛子とパクチーのチャトニをチョイス。
奥さまでしょうか女性がひとりで切り盛りされており2人前づつ仕上げていかれます。
お冷や(変わったお茶など数種類あり)カトラリー関連はセルフなんでオーダー後自分で取りに行きます。
私は4番目だったみたいで15分強ほど待っての提供でした。
サラダから手を付けベジカレーからいただいてみるとスパイシーさが広がり何ともヘルシーな感じ。
チキンカレーの方が辛さとスパイシーさに切れがありますね。
そして青唐辛子とパクチーのチャトニを舐めてみるとフワッとレモンの酸味を感じ2秒後にスコーンという辛さが突き抜けます…(~_~;)
おおっ、これかなり好みのチャトニ。
小麦粉不使用で無化調なカレーに少しづつ投入し副菜も混ぜつつ味変を楽しみます。
チキンは手羽元ですがホロホロの柔らかさで骨から身が離れます。
ごはんは普通盛にしましたが好みのカレーだったんで300gでも良かったかな(^^♪

・・・ お腹いっぱいです。 English: It's been about six months since I last visited and I was hoping to eat the delicious curry made by the beautiful owner again, when I saw on social media that lunch would be served until the 22nd of September (^^; I thought this might be a bad idea so I hurried over on the weekend! It was exactly 12 o'clock and the number of seats inside the restaurant was limited, but there was a seat available and even though I was alone, they showed me to a table seat (^^) After that, a slight queue had formed lol. I disinfected my hands with alcohol and sat down. A thank you plate was provided for 1,500 yen to express their gratitude to their customers so far, and it consisted of three types of curry to choose from - spicy chicken curry, and eggplant, burdock and myoga curry - as well as plenty of side dishes. Curry to choose from - Beef tendon curry - Spiced mutton (+200 yen) - Chicken and gizzard shavings with coriander and basil keema - Pork keema with fatty pork (+100 yen) Side dishes - Marinated red onion - Crushed carrot rapeseed Tomato and cucumber kachumbar・Seri Sambol I chose the chicken and gizzard shad coriander basil keema from the selection of curries. The beautiful owner explained that it would take a long time to make it because she puts all her heart into it (just kidding)... Yes, yes, I'll wait as long as it takes! Please take your time to make it~~ So it took about 30 minutes to serve... (~_~;) It was a very feminine and beautifully delicate presentation! Okay, let's eat! The chicken and gizzard shad coriander basil keema was refreshingly spicy with the coriander and basil. You could also feel the texture of the gizzard shad. The spiced chicken curry was consistently delicious (^^) It was mild but had just the right amount of spice. And the eggplant, burdock, and myoga curry was the spiciest of the bunch, with a sharp spiciness that stimulated the tip of the tongue. The whole spices also attacked me here and there. All the side dishes were gentle and not too spicy, but served as a palate cleanser. According to information on social media, they are planning to offer lunch at a different location, so I will definitely come back to eat there then~(^^;
