平日のランチタイム、福岡市地下鉄七隈線薬院大通駅から徒歩5分ほど、「ビストロ&ワイン UEYAMA」に伺いました。
ご夫婦で営まれている隠れ家的ビストロ。
シェフはアメリカやイスラエル、ウィーンの大使公邸にて料理長を務めた経歴を持つ実力派。
奥様は認定ソムリエの資格を持たれています。
【店舗】
上人橋通り沿いのビルの1階に店を構えます。
うす暗くて細長い通りの先に入口があります。
入口にはワインがきれいに並べられていました。
こだわりを感じます。
店内の照明は少し抑えめ
手前にはカウンター席。
奥にテーブル席があります。
洗練されているのですが、どこか家庭的な温かさを感じます。
とても過ごしやすいです。
【メニュー】
ランチは、コース料理のみ。
前菜とメインはそれぞれ好みのメニューを選べます。
お好みでスープとグラスワインを追加可能です。

いただきます。
■アミューズ
「アミューズ」はフランス語で「お楽しみ」の意味。
この日は「ポークリエットのカナッペ」でした。
滑らかな舌触りのポークリエットに、サクッと食感のバケットが相性抜群です。
■前菜
「サーモンのテリーヌ〜パイ包み〜」を選びました。
美しい盛り付け。
お野菜がたっぷりなのが嬉しいです。
ほんのり温かいサーモンのテリーヌは旨味がぎゅっと凝縮。
辛さ控えめのハニーマスタードソースが美味しさをさらに引き立てます。
■メイン
「チキン・コンフィ〜ポルチーニソース〜」にしました。
パリッと香ばしい皮に、しっとりとした鶏肉。
ポルチーニソースの香りもいいですね。
■バケット
一口サイズ。おかわり自由。
軽くトーストして出してくださいます。
ポルチーニソースをつけていただくのもいいですね。
■デザート
「甘夏のコンフォート」。
ほどよい酸味の甘夏にバニラアイスがよく合います。
■コーヒー
深みのある味わい。
余韻に浸ります。
【あとがき】
コスパ抜群のフレンチコースを堪能しました。
このクオリティで2,200円は破格だと思います。
いつまでも夫婦仲良くお店を続けていってほしいです。
