薬院大通を警固方面へちょっと入ったところにある店舗様
長ーいカウンターと座敷が5席くらいの店内
メニューがとても豊富で
どれも美味しそうで迷います
早速、色々注文して日本酒も注文、あ、忘れずにチェイサーでハイボールを、、
今回は糸島で朝採れたての新生姜の天ぷらをあてに一献
くぅ〜最高です
香り高く味わい深いいい生姜です
日本酒も甘めの物を合わせて最高の組み合わせ
日本人に産まれてよかったと感謝する瞬間です
〆には炭火で焼き上げる焼きおにぎりを頂きました
炭の香りが着いて
これにバター醤油が合うんですわ
〆と言いつつ日本酒を合わせて飲んでしまったのは秘密です
